Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Lead Fuel Payments app and website at https://pay.leadfuelcrm.com (the “Service”), a Lead Fuel CRM product (“Lead Fuel”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Payment processing

Merchant accounts and card processing are provided by our payment processing partner and its sponsor bank. Merchant accounts are subject to approval and to the processing partner’s merchant agreement. Underwriting, pricing, funding, reserves, chargebacks, and account closures are governed by that agreement.

2. Our role

The Service lets you apply for a merchant account and adds Lead Fuel Payments as a payment option inside your Lead Fuel CRM account, so you can accept cards on order forms, invoices, and payment links.

3. Your application

When you submit the application, the information is reviewed for underwriting by Lead Fuel and our payment processing partner. If approved, our merchant team will email you your account login details. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activity, or in violation of card network rules.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Fuel is not liable for processing decisions, funding delays, holds, or losses arising from your merchant account, which are governed by your merchant agreement. Lead Fuel’s total liability related to the Service will not exceed the fees, if any, you paid Lead Fuel for the Service in the prior 12 months.

6. Uninstalling

You may uninstall the app at any time. To close your merchant account, email us and our merchant team will help.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
