This policy explains how Lead Fuel CRM (“Lead Fuel”) handles information through the Lead Fuel Payments app and https://pay.leadfuelcrm.com.
Payment processing
Lead Fuel Payments is a Lead Fuel CRM product. Merchant accounts and card processing are provided by our payment processing partner and its sponsor bank. Cardholder and transaction data are handled by our payment processing partner and its sponsor bank under their own privacy policies. Lead Fuel does not receive or store card numbers.
What we collect
- Account identifiers from your CRM (account/location ID, company ID, user ID) when you install the app.
- Access tokens needed to add the payment option to your account, stored encrypted.
- Information you enter in the merchant application (business and contact details).
- Basic technical logs (time of request, errors) used to keep the Service working.
How we use it
- To install and maintain the payment option in your account.
- To review your application and email you your account login details.
- To provide support and fix problems.
Sharing
We share application information with our payment processing partner and its sponsor bank for underwriting. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
Retention and deletion
When you uninstall the app we delete the stored tokens for your account. To request deletion of other data, email merchants@leadfuelcrm.com.
Security
Tokens and application details are encrypted at rest and sent only over HTTPS.
